About Us

About Summit

The team at Summit has extensive experience supporting people with disability to build independence, develop connections and participate in their community.

We take a person-centred approach to everything we do, with activities, programs and supported travel designed around the individual needs, interests and goals of the people we support.

Summit offers a wide range of social, recreational and skill-building opportunities, while also recognising the important role families and carers can play. Where appropriate, family involvement is welcomed and encouraged.

We believe that being active, trying new experiences and connecting with others can have a positive impact on confidence, independence and wellbeing. Just as importantly, we believe everyone should have opportunities to have fun, build friendships and feel a sense of belonging.

Mission

Our mission is to provide person-centred, professional, caring and innovative support that helps participants achieve their goals and enjoy meaningful opportunities within their community.

We aim to create an environment where participants and families feel welcomed, supported and connected, with continuity of staff, programs and services they can rely on.
